Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Lokbuy, operated by PRIMECREW SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, we aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how and when you can cancel an order and how refunds are processed.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Before Dispatch: You can cancel the order anytime before it is dispatched from the seller’s warehouse.
- After Dispatch: Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you must request a return after receiving the product.
How to Cancel:
- Visit your Lokbuy account > My Orders > Select Order > Click “Cancel”.
- Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Support team to request cancellation.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed when:
- An order is canceled before shipment.
- A return request is approved after product inspection.
- A product is not delivered due to logistic issues.
Refund Method:
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method (Credit/Debit card, UPI, Wallet, etc.).
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made to your bank account after confirmation.
3. Refund Timeline
- Refund initiation: Within 2–4 business days after the cancellation or successful return verification.
- Refund credit:
- Bank account / UPI: 5–7 business days
- Wallets (if used): 1–2 business days
Note: During festive seasons or sale periods, refund processing may take longer than usual.
4. Important Points to Note
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to Lokbuy’s or the seller’s fault.
- If a coupon, voucher, or cashback was used during purchase, the amount refunded will be adjusted accordingly.
- Partial refunds are allowed in cases where only a part of the order is returned or canceled.
5. Data Retention Policy
For all cancellation and refund-related activities, customer data (such as order details, payment information, and communication history) will be retained for a period of 30 days from the date of order or cancellation, whichever is later.
After 30 days, the data will be securely deleted from our active systems, except where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
6. Policy Updates
We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time.
All updates will be effective immediately and published on Lokbuy.
