Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Lokbuy, operated by PRIMECREW SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, we are committed to ensuring a secure and hassle-free shopping experience. This policy explains the conditions for refunds, cancellations, and how we manage related customer data.


1. Order Cancellation

● Before Dispatch:

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever comes first.
  • To cancel, visit your “My Orders” section in your Lokbuy account or contact our support team.

● After Dispatch:

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
  • However, you may refuse delivery upon arrival. In such cases, a refund will be initiated after deducting applicable shipping/handling charges.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • An item was missing from your package.
  • The order was cancelled before dispatch.

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Change of mind after receiving the product.
  • Size issues (unless the wrong size was delivered by mistake).
  • Used or damaged items not caused during shipping.
  • Items returned not in original condition or packaging.

3. Refund Process

  • Upon approval of your refund request, the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank/payment gateway.
  • A notification will be sent once the refund is processed.

4. Return Requirements for Refunds

  • Items must be returned unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  • Pickup may be arranged, or you may be asked to self-ship, based on location and product type.

5. Refund Deductions

If the item is refused at delivery or returned without valid reason:

  • Shipping and handling charges may be deducted from the refund.

6. Order Cancellation by Lokbuy

We reserve the right to cancel an order in rare cases due to:

  • Out-of-stock items.
  • Payment issues.
  • Suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
  • Incorrect pricing or technical errors.

A full refund will be issued in such cases.


7. Data Retention Period

We respect your privacy and store refund and cancellation data only as long as necessary.
All customer data related to cancellations and refunds will be retained for a maximum of 30 days from the date of the request. After this period, the data is securely deleted from our system.
